Hughes Real Estate Group of Silvercreek Realty Group has been ranked the top home-selling team in the state of Idaho for over a decade, according to [please apply online] Our company is looking for a full-time, in-office, Inside Sales Representative. This position includes regular communication and interactions with real estate industry professionals over the phone.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience spending 5-8 hours per day on the phone, overcoming objections, and will be accustomed to handling a call volume of 60-80 outbound calls per day.

Additionally, we are in search of someone that is self-motivated, reliable, willing to learn new systems and technologies, and committed to being an exemplary phone representative of the company.

The successful applicant will enjoy discussing business resources and operations with independent contractors within the real estate industry.

$21 - $25 hourly

• Outbound and inbound calls with potential new agent team members
• Email and text communication and providing a range of company information to candidates
• Setting consistent appointments and maintaining an efficient schedule
• Consistent follow-up with candidates via phone calls, text messages, and email
• Daily maintenance and data input for our customer relationship management (CRM) software

Additional Developmental Opportunities Include:

• Continual real estate education/training
• Advancing knowledge within the real estate industry
• Cross-training in other projects and departments around the office

• Outbound phone experience required: 6-12 months
• Idaho Real Estate Salesperson License preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and open to learning from colleagues
